MA63-iLENS (Malaysia Agreement 1963 – Intelligent Legal Expert Navigation System) is an AI-powered platform designed to organize, analyze, and provide intelligent access to legal knowledge related to the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63). The project addresses the challenge of fragmented legal information by integrating constitutional provisions, historical agreements, parliamentary debates, and legal cases into a unified digital knowledge system. Using advanced Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models, MA63-iLENS enables intelligent search, legal explanation, and knowledge navigation to support policymakers, researchers, and the public. The system aims to enhance understanding of MA63, promote informed policy discussions, and strengthen governance related to Sabah and Sarawak within Malaysia’s federal framework. This initiative is a joint collaboration between MAICOE (Malaysian Artificial Intelligence and Centre of Excellence) and Allyssa Accreditation Sdn. Bhd., aiming to enhance understanding of MA63 and support informed governance involving Sabah and Sarawak.

SAFE-SABAH is a next-generation AI-driven public safety intelligence platform that integrates real-time incident monitoring, predictive analytics, geospatial intelligence, and multi-agency collaboration within a unified governance ecosystem. Unlike traditional systems that focus on reactive reporting, SAFE-SABAH enables proactive risk prediction through machine learning models that analyze historical and real-time data to forecast crime hotspots, disaster risks, and emerging safety threats. The platform uniquely integrates multiple safety domains—including crime, disasters, infrastructure, and public health—into a single intelligence framework. By combining AI with GIS-based spatial analytics and executive decision-support dashboards, SAFE-SABAH empowers policymakers with actionable insights, enabling coordinated, data-driven governance and scalable smart state safety management.

The SAFE-SABAH initiative is a collaborative project between MAICOE (Malaysian Artificial Intelligence Centre of Excellence) and Allyssa Accreditation Sdn. Bhd.. The partnership combines expertise in AI research, data analytics, and technology implementation to develop an AI-powered Public Safety Intelligence Platform that enhances incident monitoring, predictive analytics, and smart governance to improve public safety in Sabah.
