Board Members

His areas of expertise includes Ubiquitous Big Data Analytics, AI/Machine Learning, Large Language Model. He chairs MIMOS Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and sits on the Board of MIMOS Global Berhad, where he drives industry–academia collaborations and national AI initiatives. A visiting professor at KAIST, JAIST, and Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology, he champions AI adoption in agriculture, aquaculture, and sustainability. His work aligns with Malaysia’s MyDIGITAL agenda, SDG commitments, and ESG principles, fostering impactful, policy‑aligned AI innovation.

Prof. Ts. Dr. Rayner Alfred is serving as Director of the Creative Advanced Machine Intelligence Research Centre (CAMIRC) at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of York, UK, following an MSc from Western Michigan University and a BSc from the Polytechnic University of Brooklyn, New York.

Stanley Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the United Kingdom and brings over 28 years of distinguished leadership in the ICT and telecommunications industry. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles in renowned global organizations, including Cisco Systems, where he led high-impact initiatives across technology innovation and business transformation.
